ПРИЛОЖЕНИЕ НА УСТРОЙСТВА ЗА ИЗМЕРВАНЕ НА ЦВЯТ ПРИ АНАЛИЗ НА ХРАНИТЕЛНИ ПРОДУКТИ, Станка Байчева

Резюме: Основните устройства, работещи във видимата област на спектъра, които се използват в практиката за измерване на цвят са колориметрите. Поради голямото разнообразие на колориметри предлагани на пазара, изборът на такъв уред може да бъде направен в зависимост от характеристиките на изследваните проби. Общата тенденция в сферата на хранителни технологии е насочена към внедряване на високопроизводителни системи за автоматично сортиране с изкуствен интелект свързани с производството на хранителни продукти. Приложението на инструментално измерване на цветове в комбинация със сензорен анализ и други физико-химични измервания носят информация за хранителните продукти.
