ТЕРМОДИНАМИЧНИ ПАРАМЕТРИ НА ВОДНИ ЕКСТРАКТИ ОТ ШИПКА, Ира Танева

Резюме: Изчислени са термо-динамичните параметри – енергия на Гибс,  ентропия и енталпия на процесa екстракция,  при получаване на водна екстракти от шипка при различен хидромодул. Въз основа на направените изчисления са построени графични зависимости отразяващи изменението на термодинамичните параметри при различните технологични режими.
